1. Age Requirement

By making a booking, you confirm that:

Participation is voluntary and may be terminated at any time by either party.

3. No Illegal Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Possession or use of illegal drugs
• Possession or use of prohibited substances
• Trafficking or distribution of illegal substances
• Possession of illegal weapons
• Criminal activity of any kind
• Any activity that violates Thai law

Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Alcohol and Intoxication

Clients must not attend sessions while:

• Intoxicated
• Under the influence of illegal drugs
• Impaired by substances that affect judgment or consent

House of Dominance reserves the right to refuse service without refund if a client appears unable to provide informed consent.

5. No Sexual Services

House of Dominance provides professional BDSM, fetish, roleplay, educational, and lifestyle-oriented experiences.

The following are not offered:

• Sexual intercourse
• Oral sex
• Sexual acts for payment
• Escort services
• Prostitution-related services
• Any activity prohibited under applicable law

Any request for such services may result in immediate termination of the session.

6. Respectful Behaviour

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward:

• Mistresses
• Staff members
• Guests
• Property

The following behaviour is not tolerated:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Aggressive conduct
• Discrimination
• Unwanted physical contact
• Abuse of staff

House of Dominance reserves the right to terminate any booking without refund if inappropriate behaviour occurs.

7. Health and Medical Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant:

• Medical conditions
• Physical limitations
• Injuries
• Allergies
• Mental health concerns that may affect participation

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation or termination of the session.

8. Safety and Risk Awareness

Certain BDSM and fetish activities involve physical and emotional risks.

By participating, clients acknowledge that:

• They understand the nature of the activities requested.
• They voluntarily assume responsibility for those risks.
• They agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the session.

House of Dominance reserves the right to refuse any activity considered unsafe.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

• To investigate unlawful activity

Clients are likewise expected to respect the privacy of Mistresses, staff, and other guests.

10. Photography and Recording

Photography, video recording, live streaming, or audio recording are prohibited unless explicitly authorised in advance.

Unauthorised recording may result in immediate termination of the session.

11. Booking Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation.

A booking is confirmed only when:

• Availability has been verified.
• House of Dominance has accepted the booking.
• Any required deposit or booking procedures have been completed.

12. Right to Refuse Service

House of Dominance reserves the right to refuse or terminate services when:

• Safety concerns arise.
• Terms & Conditions are violated.
• A client behaves inappropriately.
• A requested activity is deemed unsafe or unlawful.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking enquiry, attending a session, or participating in any activity organised by House of Dominance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
